Welcome to Your I/DD Community Support Network
Everyone deserves a space where they feel understood, supported, and empowered and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. This page is a home for support groups created with and for the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) community. Whether you're a self-advocate, parent, sibling, or caregiver, these groups offer a place to connect, share experiences, ask questions, and build relationships.
Each group is a little different some focus on specific age ranges, others on shared identities or experiences but all are rooted in community and belonging. Explore what’s available and find the group that feels right for you. You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure things out by yourself.
