A casual meeting time for parents raising children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and/or Special Health Care Needs.

Please join us and take a moment out of the month to recharge yourself by connecting with other parents on a similar journey.

Please feel free to bring a snack to share or dinner for yourself if this is your typical meal time. We will provide water and a dessert treat!
